PREPARE & ESTIMATE When we first receive your vehicle, a meticulous inspection will be completed to assess all required repairs. You'll receive a quote based on this and any questions you have about the work needed will be answered.

AUTHORIZATION & APPOINTMENT After you receive the quote, we'll request your authorization to begin repair work. If an insurance company's involvement is required, we will handle communications on your behalf.

BLUEPRINT & DISASSEMBLE Once you and/or your insurer authorize repairs, our specialists will begin the disassembling process and develop a blueprint for repairs. If any further damage is uncovered during the process, we'll inform you right away and get approval for any additional repairs.

ORDER PARTS After we have a plan of action for repairs, all necessary parts will be ordered. Our parts providers have access to top-quality OEM parts that are specifically designed for your vehicle. They also have high end aftermarket parts if you're interested in performance-grade parts.

STRUCTURAL REPAIRS Having a high level of accuracy is important when it comes to structural repairs, and we have the equipment and skilled technicians to accomplish this. Our advanced equipment provides proper measurements and adjustments to meet factory specifications.

BODY REPAIRS Following structural repairs, our specialists will tackle auto body repairs to get your vehicle looking like new again. They'll apply fresh sheet metal where needed, along with finishings and other necessary components.

PAINT & REFINISH Once auto repairs are complete, we'll proceed with paint work to restore the look of your vehicle's exterior. In addition to providing a pristine finish, our team will also ensure a correct paint color match.

REASSEMBLE Finally, we'll reassemble your vehicle as we approach getting it ready for delivery. The team at Westway Collision will put all components of your vehicle back together while ensuring a strong fit and finish, and that manufacturer specifications are met.

DETAIL & INSPECT A thorough vehicle detail will be completed, along with an inspection to make sure that everything looks good and performs properly.

DELIVERY After the inspection, we'll schedule to have you come in to do a walk-around and complete any final paperwork. You'll also receive aftercare instructions if applicable. Then you'll get the keys back to your car!
